Who it is for

You do not need previous gym experience.

A considered way to begin, return to or continue strength training.

Osteogym is intended for adults over 50 who want close supervision, clear technical guidance and a programme adapted to their current capacity.

It may suit people new to resistance training, returning after inactivity, uncomfortable in conventional gyms, or looking to preserve strength and confidence as they age.

What happens if something is outside personal-training scope?

Laura may pause or modify an activity, request medical clearance, or recommend consultation with an appropriate healthcare professional.
